Desired brand positioning
Underwater World aims to be an attractive theme park that will intrigue and draw back visitors. Its target group includes both tourists and Singaporeans, for it is the only theme park in Singapore that features marine creatures.

Brand values
Underwater World should be honest, welcoming and open. It must show not want to horde its secrets but instead encourage those who truly want to experience the underwater world.

Brand narrative
Underwater World Singapore is a gateway to the world beneath, blending the land and the sea. It transports the visitor to another world and enables him or her to be able to see and experience the deep, extensive ocean. It gives the visitor an opportunity to get up close and personal with the beautiful marine animals that are much less seen and appreciated by the world above.

Brand personality
Gentle, friendly, calm

Brand tone of voice/ mood
Spacious, deep but clear and simple, harmonious
